... because I'll get a lecture about being exercise obsessed. However, last night's miles were to prove to myself that I could run a half faster than I ever have before. Not because I'm obsessed. Granted, it was on a treadmill since I refrain from running in sub-freezing temperatures, but even then, I cut about 20 min off my half time. now... if only I can do that in a race...
