Saturday, when I finished up a long run on the treadmill, a girl who was cleaning her equipment at the same time (who had run 1/2 mile and then did some light weights) commented that she thought there were times at the end of my run she might have to perform CPR... on me. She shut up when I told her I'd just finished 20 miles and I was a little tired.
May 14 = 20 miles
May 12 = 7 miles
