Silver Falls 1/2 Marathon

Here's the race I was talking about in the comments to APC's post - Silver Falls Half Marathon. It is through a state park in Oregon and it is beautiful. And even more beautiful, the race only costs $25. And we can stay at my parents place if you girls want to run it.

Post-Race Slacker

Yes, that's me. Knee problems + lack of motivation to run = few miles.

July 5 = 9 miles

June 30 = 3 miles

June 28 = 1 mile

June 27 = 3 miles

1/2 Over

I ran more miles this month than I've done in any other months...I was feeling awesome about that until I did the math and realized that Natalie basically ran my monthly totally over the course of 1 week this month.  Sometimes I think I need less amazing friends.

The last part of June = 14 miles
