Carrie: Why I Hate Morning Exercise...

It makes me TIRED!

This morning I rolled out of bed, stuffed a Ding-Dong in my mouth, and put on my running shoes.  By 8:30 I had done 4 miles...now all I want to do is to go back to bed. 

How do you morning people do this?


January 19th = 4 Miles

The Ding-Dong is the only thing that convinced me to get out of bed.

I have no metabolism. It appears it stopped a year ago, so Ding-Dongs for breakfast will soon become a thing of the past.
