This is why I don't like running outside:
I'm pretty sure I have full-blown PTDS from being dive bombed by birds. Friday I was dive bombed again... within the first mile of my run... so I cut it short. I hate birds.
June 6 = 8 miles
June 9 = 5 miles
June 10 = 2 miles
June 13 = 5 miles

Creepy! I trained a girl on my mish with a bird phobia (also got dive-bombed a lot). It made tracting during migratory season tough.
Maybe carry an airhorn?
